Avery's school had "Decade Day" last week and Avery chose the 80s, although I'm not exactly sure why. I wanted to dress her up as one of the Robert Palmer girls from Addicted to Love, but Charlie said that was a little much for a seven year old. We went with more of the Cindy Lauper/Madonna look instead. Avery was soooo excited. I told her about the whole Flashdance craze, so she was all for cutting up one of her tshirts. Louisa pulled the scraps from the trash can to make her own leg warmers. So resourceful! She wore them for three days straight. Funny girl.
She's a maniac!
